KENT PARKING SERVICES has its own in-house maintenance and installation division; this division was formed primarily for the installation of warning signs on sites where we operate our clamping service.

As time progressed we found our clients required parking posts, speed ramps, etc to be supplied and fitted, often meaning co-ordinating buying the product from a supplier and then finding a separate contractor to install, causing time to be wasted and often the contractor not being familiar with the product being installed, often leading to incorrect installation.
RE-SURFACING:
Quality re-surfacing or surface repair is offered for small areas or large car parks. Traditional surfacing as well as the latest slip resistant surfacing is available.
LINE PAINTING AND MARKINGS:
A complete range of surface markings are available from plain lines and wording, through to disabled symbols and bay markings, all in a choice of colours.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS:
Maintenance of lighting and lamp replacement, as well as litter-picking and cleaning can be undertaken by KPS, as an aid to the tidiness and smooth running of your car park.
SPACE RENTAL MANAGEMENT:
If you wish to rent out parking spaces on your land, KPS can handle the rental payments on your behalf and ensure recovery of unpaid rent. We can offer new ideas, such as season ticket parking.

ON-STREET ENFORCEMENT:
KPS can offer contracts to local authorities wishing to out-source their parking enforcement on public-highways.
DEDICATED ON-SITE ATTENDANT:
We can provide full-time cover for monitoring and enforcement of parking restrictions at your site. Attendants can supervise parking, as well as help and direct customers.
