We are unable to respond to appeals/complaints by telephone. If your vehicle has been wheel clamped or issued with a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice), this will usually be because it was parked unlawfully or against conditions displayed. However, if you feel you have grounds for appeal or wish to make a complaint, please do so within 7 days of the offence, in writing,

Please state your reason for appeal/complaint, and any other information you feel is relevant. We shall usually respond in writing within 14 days. NOTE: Payment of the PCN should still be made AND SENT WITH YOUR APPEAL: If your appeal is successful, your payment will be returned/refunded.

Please include the following information:
A) Vehicle registration
B) Date of issue
C) PCN reference number
Payment of the PCN should still be made within 7 days of issue, to ensure that further action is not taken against you, If your appeal is successful, your payment will be returned/refunded.
Wheel Clamping appeal * if you are wheelclamped all outstanding PCN must be paid / settled at the time of clamp release
